Find it: Dashboard → Recordings → filter by URL or date
Shows where people click most. Hot zones (red/orange) indicate high engagement. Cold zones (blue) may indicate missed content or dead UI elements.

Shows how far down the page people scroll before leaving. If the brief's key message is below the fold and scroll depth drops there — the page structure needs work.

Find it: Dashboard → filter "Has rage click" → watch the replay
