- Funding = Temple, not equity: no one owns Day7, ever; the return is the value givers receive. (value.myday7.com is the sanctioned evidence-of-magnitude vault — it KEEPS; only its math framing is pending a "de-math" pass.)
The confusion has a single root cause: two parallel estates that don't match.

Implication for Carter: the repo is mostly a preview/proposal workshop; the real, live, customer-facing pages are not version-controlled or lock-protected. The master plan's carried-forward item — "Day7 main site: recover live source into repo + lock" — is the keystone fix, and it has not been done.

Drift grep (269 briefs): old name Truth SI/AI = 0 (clean). Old purple #6B46C1 = 0; navy #0A1628 = 239; Byzantium = 32; 4 files use other dead-purple hexes (above). "Shapiro" = 3 files but all biographical ("Daily Wire" ecosystem), not the purged DB entry. Most equity/returns/stake hits are biographical (job titles, firm names), not pitch — true pitch-voice violations are rare (king-luke-nosek "biggest bets", king-sarah-jennings "cap table", king-dean-macfarlan "10x exits"). The real King drift is the whole 269's pre-SEEN register — the scheduled Batch-2 conversion.
Repo↔live gap: of 269 briefs, only ~96 have an exact-slug live subdomain; ~80–100 are never-deployed (e.g. alex-karp, michael-saylor, vitalik-buterin, mark-levin, phil-anschutz, jim-daly, donald-trump-jr). Open question for Carter (not a consolidation action): FUNDING_SOURCE_AUDIT.md shows the recovered Divine-Return Agreement (Divine 10% → 10X → Perpetual Innovation Fund, signed w/ Mobley/Travis) contradicts TEMPLE.md's absolute "no return / no 10x / no dollar ever." P0 — fix what's wrong on a LIVE surface (these are visible to recipients right now):
1. Re-point servicenow.myday7.com. It serves the brandcodes report, not the SN package. Deploy cloudflare/servicenow-v2 (the "An Invitation" page) to genesis-servicenow, and give brandcodes its own subdomain. (Coordinate with sibling B1-SN-FINISH.)
2. De-equity the live thecalling.myday7.com (= proposals/fix-calling): strip "trillion-dollar IP / your investment / 1,000% return / 10x / venture capital." Same edit to its clones (tim-dunn.bak, wilks-root, steward-brief).
3. Rewrite the SN-Vision triplet (briefs/sn-vision + sn-vision-extras + cloudflare/sn-vision-site/index.html): remove "meaningful equity / co-owned venture / first refusal" before it ever sends.
4. Fix the mis-pointed person DNS: jensen-huang/thecalling→tim-dunn, andy-crouch→wilks, jay-bennett/jj-vasquez/tony-perkins→homepage, the 4 briefed people parked on genesis-domains.
P1 — the keystone "where is it" fix:
5. Recover the live Day7 front door into the repo + lock it. Pull genesis-founder-preview (homepage), then value, whitepaper, pitch, brand, genesis-brand, training, docs, sovereign, heartbeat, kingdom, the 8 verticals, and the 5 genesis-people* bundles into versioned, lock-protected source. Until then the real estate is unbacked and undefendable. (Master-Plan carried-forward item.)
P2 — collapse the duplicate families (kill the gazillion-pages feel):
6. Kings: pick one canonical slug per person, kill the ~20 duplicate clusters + the lloyd-bentson typo; retire the genesis-people-3 orphan bundle; reconcile the Ken-vs-Kenneth cohort.
7. Floods: keep investor-sites/flood-bundles/ as the single source; delete flood-cathy-v2/, flood-wilks-v2/, and the superseded preview.html originals.
8. ServiceNow: keep sn-convergence-v2 + servicenow-v2; delete the 7 sn-brief-X.html flat twins (keep dir form), the suite-preview stubs, and either rebuild or mark DEAD the deck-v3 VC deck.
9. Microsites: decide the canonical Mozilla/Sonesta projects, delete the husk dirs + static/mozilla|sonesta duplicates, and recover the live source for the ones worth keeping.
10. Workers: delete the 8 truthsi-* old-brand workers + genesis-waitlist-api (keep -production); fill or remove the 4 empty delivery stubs; consolidate the 3 myday7-router namespaces to one; triage the ~61 agent/team experimental workers.
11. Proposals: fold each fix-* correction-twin into its live page; delete the dead fix-k1-6/fix-k7-13/fix-shelf-foundation one-offs.
