SEND-RUNBOOK — Carter's Execution Playbook

Status: READY FOR CARTER — everything staged, nothing sent.

Doctrine: The Flood — multi-channel, simultaneous arrival for each target. The trumpet sounds from many directions at once.

Rule: NOTHING SENDS until Carter says go. This runbook is the firing order, not the trigger pull.

No reply (30 days) ONE gentle follow-up permitted: "Just making sure this landed — no pressure." Then silence permanently.
Bounced email STOP. Check truth audit kill list. Do NOT retry same address. Escalate to physical channel if available.

DELIVERABILITY RULES (Non-Negotiable)

  1. ONE send per address per day. Never stack emails to the same target.
  2. Send from a REAL email client (Apple Mail, Gmail web — never an ESP, CRM, or automation tool).
  3. Include Carter's real name and real reply-to. No "noreply" ever.
  4. Keep emails under 500 words in body (all artifacts comply).
  5. No attachments on first contact — links only (to their myday7.com page).
  6. No tracking pixels. If a service adds them, disable it. Trust is the priority.
  7. Send Monday–Thursday, 8am–11am recipient's timezone. Never Friday, never weekend.

    8. THE FLOOD DOCTRINE (Carter's words, S1325)

    Translation for execution: For each King, the goal is multi-channel simultaneous arrival — email + physical + presence + the personal page link — so the trumpet sounds from many directions at once. The Waves above are not sequential gates; they are organized by readiness. When Carter says "go," the flood arrives for that King across every verified channel at once.
